At Heartnstrings, every piece of jewellery is handcrafted with care and personalised especially for you.
Because our products are made-to-order, we have a limited return policy.


Personalized Items

  • All engraved or custom jewellery (fingerprint, handwriting, name, date, etc.) is non-refundable once production begins.
  • Please double-check your personalisation details before placing the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at justask.heartnstrings@gmail.comInclude clear photos and your order number.
  • Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time to reflect.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement, provided production has not started.
Once engraving or manufacturing begins, cancellation is no longer possible.
